Who we are



Dorothy Ramon Learning Center, Inc. is a nonprofit, (501)(c)(3) public-benefit corporation that saves and shares Southern California’s Native American cultures, languages, history, and arts.

• We publish accurate information, scholarly work, and educational materials through our publishing arm, Ushkana Press.
• We provide cultural activities such as storytelling and hands-on learning for kids.
• We work as a liaison with teachers, schools, museums, and others interested in Southern California Indians.
